3.3 Account Currency

Exchange rate fluctuations applicable to international card transactions are the responsibility of the payment provider and are outside xc444's control.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed through xc444 are subject to acceptance at xc444's sole discretion. xc444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, technical errors, manifest pricing errors, breach of betting rules, or irregular betting patterns. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation and a bet ID is issued.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body for the sport in question — for cricket, this means the official result confirmed by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), or the relevant domestic or franchise league authority. xc444 reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of official results.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to closure at any time at xc444's discretion, including during delays in the relevant live data feed or where unusual betting activity is detected. Bets placed during a data feed delay may be voided. xc444 does not accept liability for losses arising from reliance on delayed or inaccurate live data.

6.4 Error in Odds

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or pricing oversight ("Palpable Error"), xc444 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the account holder's balance, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. The determination of whether odds constitute a Palpable Error rests with xc444 at its reasonable discretion.

7.1 Random Number Generation

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, xc444 may forfeit all funds held within the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — to offset any losses suffered by xc444 resulting from the prohibited conduct.
